I. Installation and debugging of equipment
1. Before installation, check whether the size of each installation foundation meets the requirements of the drawing according to the equipment plan and foundation drawing. If there is any discrepancy, repair it until the size is correct before installation.
2. The installation personnel must be familiar with the installation requirements of each device and perform the installation according to the technical requirements.
3. The equipment may be deformed, damaged, or lost during transportation. Therefore, check and accept the equipment according to the equipment list before installation, and take corresponding measures to ensure that the equipment is in good condition before installation.
4. Before entering the installation site, each device should be numbered, installation process cards and progress tables should be formulated, and devices should be transferred to the site for installation one by one according to the requirements of installation process sequence.
