Introduction of livestock feed equipment:
1. Variable frequency speed regulating motor is used to adjust the feeding amount, and the feeding screw adopts variable pitch structure to ensure the uniform feeding and the stable working current of the main motor; Feeding adopts round twisted dragon to prevent steam channeling;
2. The quencher adopts larger, longer and lower speed of quencher shaft to prolong the quencher time and improve the quencher effect;
3. The axial multi-point steam adding method is adopted to make the steam adding more uniform and reasonable, and the amount of steam added at each point can be adjusted according to needs;
4. In the chute is provided with an air motor external discharge mechanism and material level detection device, blocking machine can realize the automatic external discharge, chute entrance is provided with an attractive magnet, can effectively remove ferromagnetic impurities in the material;
5. Conical surface contact and screw fastening are adopted between the ring die and the driving wheel to ensure the reliability of the transmission and the convenience of assembling and disassembling the ring die;
6. The main drive adopts a helical gear drive, and the serpentine spring coupling with strong compensation ability is used between the motor and the tooth shaft to make the drive stable;
7. Imported high-quality bearings are selected for the transmission system, and the bearing configuration is optimized to ensure that the equipment can run stably for a long time;
8. Equipped with the ring die hydraulic lifting car, convenient ring die and press roller disassembly, reduce labor intensity;
9. The rotation speed of the ring die is optimized, so that the output of the pelletizer is greatly improved, and the grain quality is better. The improved feeding scraper makes the material more evenly distributed to the two pressing areas, the discharging material is more uniform, the equipment runs more smoothly;
10. Equipped with self-lubricating grease system, which can automatically add grease to roller bearings at regular and quantitative intervals, with better lubrication effect and less worry;
11. The application of thin oil cooling and lubrication system outside the machine improves the lubrication and cooling effect of bearings in the transmission system, so that the equipment can run continuously for a long time;
12. Gear and gear shaft adopt high-quality steel, optimized transmission gear design and advanced processing and heat treatment process, so that the gear life is longer, the transmission effect is higher;
13. The ring die adopts high quality alloy steel forging billet, imported gun drill and multi-station group to make the die hole forming once, high smoothness; Imported vacuum furnace and continuous quenching furnace combined with heat treatment process, to ensure longer service life of the ring die;
14. The steam pipeline system selects imported high-quality steam components to optimize the pipeline layout and the configuration of steam components to ensure that high-quality steam can be provided for the quenching and tempering system.
