The main pallet machine in our production line is circle palleting mould. Can press and pallet continuously in high speed.
It is used for turning the raw material of corn stalk, straw, bean stem, sweet potato alcohole, and other biomass material into the feed for caw, pig, sheep, rabbit, chicken, duck, fish.
Granules Size suitable for different animals:
1. For pig, the pellet diameter is usually ø3.5-6.5mm.
2. For cattle, the pellet diameter is usually ø4.5-8mm.
3. For chicken, pellet diameter is usually ø3.2mm.
4. For fish, pellet diameter is usuallyø2.0, ø2.5, ø3.0mm.
5. For shrimps, pellet diameter is usually ø1.0-ø3.5mm.
Pellet length is customized.
Advantages:
1. Increase the animal feed digestibility for 12%, reduse the material waste 10%
2. All Stainless steel feeding inlet and adjustor, spiral feeding is even, particle surface is smooth.

Application:
The pallet it produce is 3.0-3.5mm, this prodcution line can also produce powder feed.
